Welcome to WinSlides (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing https://winslides.com (“Website”) or purchasing and downloading our templates (“Content”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Intellectual Property

All templates, diagrams, infographics, and digital assets on WinSlides are the exclusive property of the Company. When you download a file, you are purchasing a license to use the content, not ownership of the design itself. Unauthorized distribution or reselling of our files is strictly prohibited.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase (single download or subscription), WinSlides grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Content for personal or commercial projects. This license applies to you as the individual purchaser.

3. Allowed Usage (What You Can Do)

You ARE permitted to:

  • Use the templates for personal presentations, business reports, and commercial client projects.
  • Edit, modify, and customize the Content to fit your branding (change colors, fonts, shapes).
  • Use the Content in unlimited end-user products (e.g., a PDF report distributed to a client).

4. Prohibited Usage (What You Cannot Do)

You ARE NOT permitted to:

  • Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the editable source files (PPTX, Google Slides) to third parties.
  • Upload WinSlides templates to other stock marketplaces or file-sharing websites.
  • Claim ownership of the original design or graphics.
  • Use automated tools or bots to scrape, copy, or bulk-download Content from the Website.

5. Membership & Accounts

To access downloads, you must provide accurate registration details. Your account is personal; login credentials cannot be shared with others. If you are on a subscription plan, renewal terms and access limits are defined on our Pricing Page.

6. Payments & Pricing

All fees must be paid upfront according to your chosen plan (Single Purchase or Subscription). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a limited refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds may be issued if:

  • You request a refund within 5 days of the transaction.
  • You have not downloaded the template(s).
  • There is a proven technical error with the file.

8. Limitation of Liability

WinSlides is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Content. We are not responsible for data loss or business interruptions.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

All Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we ensure our files are compatible with standard versions of PowerPoint and Google Slides, we do not guarantee compatibility with every software version or third-party plugin.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you violate these Terms—specifically regarding the unauthorized redistribution of our files.

11. Governing Law
