What’s included in the Free plan?

The Free plan gives you 10 downloads per month, access to only free templates, and single-user access.

What extra benefits do I get with the Professional plan?

With the Professional plan, you get 100 downloads per month, access to the entire template library, priority support, free lifetime updates, and single-user access.

How is the Team plan different from Professional?

The Team plan is for groups, allowing 3 users per account, 500 downloads per month, access to the whole library, priority support, and free lifetime updates.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Changes will take effect from your next billing cycle.

How do WinSlides plans differ?

We offer flexibility to suit every need. You can choose a Single Purchase to buy just one specific template or slide deck without any commitment. Alternatively, our Subscription Plans (Monthly or Yearly) give you access to a set number of downloads per month at a significantly lower cost per template—perfect for frequent presenters.

What happens to my unused downloads at the end of the billing cycle?

For subscription plans, download limits reset at the start of each new billing cycle. Unused downloads do not roll over to the next month. If you are worried about unused credits, we recommend our Single Purchase option or a Yearly plan for more flexibility.

Can I switch between Monthly, Yearly, and Single Purchase options?

Yes. You can upgrade from a Monthly to a Yearly plan at any time from your account settings. If you are on a subscription but need a specific premium template outside your plan, you can always use the Single Purchase option instantly.

Do I keep using the templates after my subscription expires?

Yes. Any template you downloaded while your subscription was active is yours to keep forever. You retain the license to use those files in your presentations permanently, even after you cancel your plan.

What license do I receive? Can I use them for client work?

When you download a template, you receive a Standard Commercial License. This allows you to use the designs for personal projects, business reports, and client presentations. However, you cannot resell the editable file itself or redistribute it as a stock asset.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied. However, this applies only if no files have been downloaded. If you face a technical issue with a file you downloaded, our support team will fix it or issue a refund.

Can I use the templates after my download limit runs out?

You can continue using the files you have already downloaded forever. If you need new templates and have reached your limit for the month, you can wait for the next cycle or purchase an additional template via Single Purchase.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) as well as PayPal for secure international transactions.

Do I need special software to edit the templates?

No. Our templates are designed to work with standard software you likely already have. You can edit them using Microsoft PowerPoint (Windows or Mac) or Google Slides directly in your web browser.

Can multiple team members use one subscription?

No. A standard subscription is a Single-User License, meaning it is registered to one individual. Sharing login details is against our Terms. If you need access for your entire marketing or sales team, please contact us for a Team License.

Do templates work on both Windows and Mac?

Yes. Our .pptx files are fully compatible with Microsoft Office on both Windows and macOS. Google Slides templates work on any device with an internet connection.

Are new templates added frequently?

Yes. We update our library regularly with new infographics, business decks, and creative themes to ensure you always have access to the latest design trends.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to process it again after a few days. Your account may be temporarily paused until the payment goes through. You can update your payment method in your account settings.

Do I need a subscription to download free templates?

No. You do need to create a free account to download our complimentary templates, but no credit card or paid subscription is required for the free section.
